Our family of producers are carefully screened and skillfully selected through a meticulous series of interviews, tastings and site visits. Before bringing a producer into our family, we run through at least fifty checkpoints pertaining to several categories such as taste, method of production and source of origins. A personal relationship is established with all our producers through a close collaboration to bring the best the land has to offer.
When selecting products for our portfolio, our objective is simple: It has to be so delicious that each sip or bite only leads to more. Rather than sell something generic and boring, we choose food products which reflect our passion for quality. We have no qualms to be stuck with an unmovable batch of fantastic food and wines which we have to clear by drinking or eating them ourselves because they meet our high standards.
